Admission Requirements for Nursing Assistant:

• Fill out the students enrollment agreement/school application
•  Applicants must pass criminal background check/Misconduct registry
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED, Driver or identification license.
• The school requires all students must be able to write and read English.
• Must have access to internet, and have a computer/laptop/iPad.
• TB, or Chest X-ray will be obtained before the Clinical rotation.
• Applicants will not be able to attend clinical rotation without the TB or chest X -ray.
